Thanks, Ian. I was hoping you'd respond to this thread. I'm just one who has always been cautious with driving in other countries. I agree that driving is more relaxed once you get away from town. But in-town driving really could try my patience!
Scooters are always a bad idea. I have almost 30 years of motorcycle experience and I'd never rent a scooter.
