Sorry your cruise had some problems. That's odd about the room service. I have ordered it at least 40 times this past year alone and it has always arrived right on time and every time the order was completely correct. (3 different Carnival ships)
But just to make sure... I will be ordering it twice a day next month on the Holiday and twice a day In January on our B2B!!!
