I don't remember how long ago, but there was a little written about the Carnivale.
If I am remembering it correctly, her last "job" was as a Greenpeace ship (or something like that). They were trying to decide whether or not to sell her for scrap.
They hauled her to Asia and while they were trying to decide if they should scrap her or not....another ship hit her...which sealed the fate.
Kinda sad....
