Welcome to Cruise Chat, Vicariously Cruising. Growing pains can be difficult even for a multi billion dollar company like Royal Caribbean. I guarantee you that they have consultants telling them everything that you are saying. And they DO read the comment cards that you leave behind. Our room didn't get cleaned up one evening while we were out and it was a little disappointing. We forgot to leave the card in the door. He phoned us in the room and asked if there was anything he could do for us before he went off duty. That was the proper way for him to handle something that was actually our mistake. I am sorry for the lack of service and communication that you suffered, AKMom. Believe me, it will get better. I can remember when the Radiance class made it's debut. People were saying that it's too big to receive personal attention. Well, we learn from the past and improve the future. Happy sailing!!
