One person in our group does not have a passport and cannot obtain one in the time frame needed. (We leave tomorrow on Grandeur going to Cozumel.) Anyway, he just got his birth certificate yesterday and found out that his name is spelled differently on it than it is on his driver's license. The clerk typed up an amendment on regular white paper and said it did not need to be notarized. Do you think he will have any problems?
