I don't recall any dessert that was identified as "RCI's". However I do like their creme brulee and the sugar-free coconut layer cake was outstanding on my last two RCI cruises. They offer several sugar-free desserts which are good. Sometimes you can find the pastry swan filled with sugar-free vanilla creme. That is good too. It wasn't on the menu on our cruise aboard the Liberty Of The Seas but a woman at our table asked for it on the first night and she got it every night after that. I know that item is more identified with Celebrity, but RCI will make it sometimes.
