I have never booked a cruise directly with Carnival yet today I got a phone call from "my personal vacation planner" inviting me to call him back for the latest special pricing. I just let the machine record him and didn't respond.

Does Carnival automatically assign everyone who has either registered at their website or cruised with them before to a PVP?

I can't stand phone solicitations!
