We sailed out of Jacksonville in 2005. There weren't any hotels near the port, but there was parking at the port, I think it was $10.00 a day. Parking at the hotels near the airport was a little cheaper, but I'm not sure which ones offered transfers. We eventually came into Jacksonville by bus, stayed at a hotel near downtown and took a taxi to the port.
