Just got back from a cruise that visited Roatan. . . .

There are tons of cabs (some with mini vans) outside the port area in Roatan. You can book in advance, and you can also get a cab once you get there. A tour of the island in most of the cabs seemed to be about $20/per person.

This is one port where you should take an excursion. . .There isn't a lot to do near the port unless you like to shop.
