Any person who cruises knows that at the end of your cruise you are either going to have lost weight or gained weight, which will you be Buff or Buffet? Maintaining an exercise regimen at sea is actually very easy to do, and if you balance your eating at the buffet with the many activities and exercise centers that are available you can have the best of both worlds.

Food is always tasty and plentiful, on most cruise ships as they generally offered 24-hours a day.

So here is the question: What do you do in order to maintain your weight while on a cruise?
