It is important to note the price cap. I am not going to blame the cruise lines, airlines, etc., for this surcharge. We all are entering unknown territory with oil prices at the $100 per barrel range, and likely to blow past that price. I would not be surprised to see the surcharge increase between now and February. Everyone pray for a warm winter!
