Mike is right....just use clear packing tape to "laminate" after folding them in half. Then, I punched a hole in mine at the top and used a zip tie..absolutely will not come off. But, don't do that until you get your luggage from the airport if you are flying...don't want to confuse anyone at the terminal...lol
so put them on before you embark.
