I also never do laundry on the ship. That would be like cooking or doing dishes on the ship. So not appropriate.
However, I did walk in one once. It is small but adequate for a quick load (not two).
Why would anyone (other than an emergency) want to do laundry on the ship? Waste of good cruise time.
