I loved the Vasa Museum; the story of the ship and the fact that it was recovered whole (and had a museum built around it) made it all very interesting. The bus ride to and from the museum was sort of a sightseeing trip, too, but we didn't get off the bus anywhere other than the museum.
I guess it depends on whether you're more interested in a general sightseeing tour, or an abbreviated tour plus the museum.
