I guess I can see the problems that would arise from bringing dogs on board. Mainly, as everyone mentioned, where does the dog do his/her business? Cruise ships are building water park type structures on board. Ice skating is available on board. I'm sure there has to be a way to build a safe and hygenic component for dogs. Of course , one stipulation is that all dogs must be caught up on all of their shots and have no behavioral issues.
