I don't have to be on that particular cruise to know how business thinks. I've been on enough cruises to know that they aren't perfect. There's always a few problems that arise. It's how one deals with situations that determines how much fun you have on any cruise.
You have no reason to be sorry. But don't expect me to join your sorrow. I've seen and read much worse than what you have experienced aboard your cruise.
