Hello. We did the segway tour in cozumel. I thought they were akward at first. After a few minutes practicing, I got the hang of it. I saw no one fall. I never felt like I was going to fall. I did feel that you couldn't really look around and sightsee while you drove it. It is VERY easy to lose track of how close you are to the person in front of you, especially if they slow down, and you don't realize it. I felt I had to pay more attention to my driving, than sightseeing. It was fun, I don't think I would do it again for a sightseeing tour. Hope this helps,
