Yes, it is wise to have cancellation insurance. With insurance, the worst consequence would be to miss a cruise that I have looked forward to since stepping off the Caribbean Princess in April 2007.

And since I have had all this unexpected time on my hands, I have already started planning an Alaskan cruise. Then maybe a Mediteranean cruise....an Antartic cruise... and ultimately, Tahiti!

Is there a Cruisers Anonymous?

Soon I will be robbing banks to support my addiction. I can already picture the jury selection process. "Sir, have you ever been on a cruise? No? Pass." No jury composed of cruise lovers would ever convict me of theft to support my habit.

The medication must be getting to me
