Both are equally touted, although I've never been to either one. Paradise probably has more devotees on this board than does Mr. Sanchos. Look
here for a comparison. I believe Paradise Beach has no user fee but they expect you to spend $10 per person on food, drinks, etc. That isn't hard to do.
