They could break up the crowding at Sorrento's and the Cafe Promenade by having those food items available in the Windjammer too - say until 1am.

One thing I like about Carnival is their pizza stand is open 24 hours a day. I think they close for a few hours on debarkation morning. And it is good pizza too. They will flat knock out a line of people in quick time. The pizzas are constantly coming out of the oven and on the rack, right before your eyes.
