I have not used Long Beach airport for many years but yes, your choices are taxi or either Super Shuttle or Prime Time Shuttle. Cab prices are generally quite high in this area so I would suggest one of the shuttle services. They are less expensive and actually more convenient if you have several in your party and a lot of luggage.
