Yes, we do have private messaging. Click on the name of the person to whom you wish to send a private message (upper left corner of one of that person's post), then "Invite (name of member) to a Private Topic." Type your message, send, and you're all set. When you've received a message, there will be a "New PM" or "New Private Message" tab near the top of the page.
