There is a shore excursion desk on board, if you want to cancel or change your prebooked excursions. Usually they require a 24 hour notice for cancellation. I haven't booked on NCL for a while, but I think they do it like other lines. They won't add it to your credit card until you actually take the excursion. I'm sure the tour operators are insured, I meant that you have personal insurance in case of injury. I'm also sure that the Ferrari would require you to take out their insurance on the vehicle. They sound like fantastic tours.
