Seems like to me at least in my 14 years of cruising, the buffet food has gotten 100% better and way more variety.

The only 2 things I have noticed in the dining room, and may well be my imagination. Or just a bad serving, is the Seafood Newburg is less meaty and the Prime Rib slightly off from earlier cruises.

Frase, Thanks for bringing this up, and I hope you don't mind if I ask a question here.

Have a question for any foodies, on my first and second cruise they had this seafood dish that was sorta like Newburg. It was served in a Croissant type thing though. That was the most awesome thing. I have not seen it since, and I can't find the name of it.
