It would depend on whether you let your TA know that you were expecting your children to drink on the ship. Most TA's keep up with pricing, ticketing, and informing you of the changes in itineraries. It also depends on how many clients the TA has, I for one try to keep my clients informed of any changes, but unless I knew in advance that a drinking policy change would affect my clients I probably would not send the information to them. The closer it gets to the cruise, the more you will hear from the TA. Also, just pick up the phone and ask your TA any questions you might have about your upcoming cruise.
