You have the right attitude. If something is missing, you notify the room attendent and it will be rectified. I also am an optimist. When the pillow menu was missing..(sounds silly but I am a pillow nut, very important to a great nights sleep) I just called and could have any type pillow I needed. It is fun to walk into your room on departure and have chilled champagne and fresh fruit. I have been spoiled

I do enjoy the little extras and the extra points aren't bad either to get to ELITE !
