I just took a look at HAL's Web site and found their
Access to Excellence brochure. In it, it states that pax must use an "approved provider" and asks that pax contact ther Access & Compliance Department: (800) 547-8493, or
halw_access@hollandamerica.com. The department is open M-F from 8am-5pm Pacific time.
