I have heard of Lybos Tours, but do not have any experience with them. What I can tell you about is Fredos Tours. Go to this link to read my review and others about this particular tour guide.

However, who ever you choose to tour Dominica with, you won't regret it. Dominica is a very beautiful country and can only be enjoyed by taking an island tour.
