Juneau, Helicopter/Trek...vendor recommendations

I've gotten great advise here and I'm hoping that you could help me confirm my other two excursions. I've booked the Helicopter/Trekking in Junea through the ship, but I wonder if there's a company that you would recommend over the one the ship has chosen for us. Would you recommend NorthStar?

Also, I've booked South East Tours in Skagway, Yukon horseback with South East Tours - www.southeasttours.com/yukon_horseback.html.
Have you heard anything about them? Could I do better?

Not sure what ship nor the vendor you are with, but, we did Mendenhall 8/2005 with Coastal Helicopters and my 3 grandsons still talk about it. Coastal did a great job. You'll enjoy them, not to mention the experience.
