What are our chances of seeing bears the last week in May? Would it be a waste of money to book an excursion to Neets Bay or Anan Creek?

I have cruised Alaska many times the end of May. Will you see bears? It is possible but they really are just starting to come out so you really have to know what to look for. They are not out in great numbers the end of May but they are there.

Like I said you may see them but you will have to keep a careful look out for them. It is early for them in Alaska.
