Quick question on Alaska

Mu Uncle and I are both Former Marines. He landed on a couple of the beaches we plan to visit. For a while he served under Pappy Boyington. My Uncles tell me it was nothing like the TV series!! My Dad was in the Navy giving support for one of those landing. Two other Uncles were in the Army in the Philippines, and one in India. So there is alot of history that I am looking forward to seeing, if I can swing that trip.

That is so very interesting Gary, it is so funny we would never miss a show of the The Black Sheep, I hope you have the opportunity to see it all !! We just love WWII History, let us know.
