What is the past port to fly into as far as distance, ect. They all seem so far..lol? Thanks Nat!
|
I don't know what you are asking. Past port? New England to where?
|
LOL...sorry Dave, the word is "best" not past?
To fly into Seattle or Vancouver, ect? |
Nat,
That would depend on which cruise you are looking at. If you are doing a roundtrip cruise out of Seattle than of course Seattle is best. If you are doing a North Bound cruise out of Vancouver you most likely would want to fly into Vancouver and out of Anchorage. Once I did a North Bound out of Vancouver ending in Seward. I flew into Seattle and took a four hour bus up to Vancouver. I don't think it is worth wasting all the time. |
Nat,
I agree with Cruise Fanatic, also you may have a choice of which city to leave from depending on which cruise you pick, so that is something to think about, I had the pleasure of living in Seattle for 6 years and love the city but Vancouver is a beautiful city as well and I have taken a cruise from Vancouver. If you can pick your port and have not been to either city, which city interest you the most? It is a hard choice for me since I haven't been back to either for a few years. You can't miss with either port to leave from to head to another beautiful place...ALASKA ! http://bestsmileys.com/thumbs/7.gif |
Thanks, we are looking into Princess, what is the main difference between the inside passages and the northbound/southbound as far as viewing?

Let's not ask the same thing in numerous threads. It gets confusing. Continue with the itinerary discussion here .
Since the question about the flights appears to have been answered, I'll close this one. |
