MSC Rhapsody?

My hubby and I are going on a short weekend cruise to Portuguese Island, Mozambique for my birthday in March. We are from South Africa. Anyone been on the MSC Rhapsody? What's the ship like? Any info on dining onboard? What is there to do on Portuguese Island? This is our first cruise. There doesn't seem to be much info online. Any advice appreciated.

I had an opportunity to visit the "Rhapsody" in late 2004. She's a late 1970s ship but I was positively surprised by the excellent shape she was in back then. The ship was very clean and well maintained. I understand it does suffer from vibration while underway, but I cannot confirm this, as I was onboard during a port stay only.
