has anyone travelled with this company or on this ship? any info would be helpful. This is our 1st cruise. Been quoted a good price with drinks included. taking my 11 year old daughter.

The "Oceanic" is a grand old liner - one of only a handful left. The product is very much tailored to Spanish-speaking passengers and while Pullmantur ensures that English-speaking passengers can enjoy their cruise as well (by e.g. providing essential information in English), you have to remember that this is a product for the Spanish market. The "all-inclusive" concept is one of Pullmantur's hallmarks and does not only include drinks during meals but at the bars, as well (some premium brands excluded).

mostly, yes. It does to some extent depend on how many non-Spanish-speaking passengers are on board.
