Viking River Cruises

I am going to take a Viking River Cruise from Kiev to Yalta this summer. I am curious about the dress code for day and for night. Also, does anyone know what is improper for an older woman to wear while on City Tours?
May I hae some input on the VIKING RIVER BOAT LAVRINENKOV?
Any help and comment would be deeply appreciated! THanks SB

Hello: We took a Viking River Cruise from Moscow to St.Petersburg in 2002. Most women wore capris or slacks for day tours. For evening, we wore slacks and pretty tops. For the Captain's reception, I brought along a long skirt with a dressier top.

The ship is probably consistent with Vikings other Russian ships -- not elegant, but comfortable, with good food. Have a good time!
