Just returned from a mediterranian cruise on the Europa. Service was fair. Unless you ate the pasta dishes at dinner, the food was passable to bad. We had a suite which was excellent and roomy. The bedroom was spacioius and enclosed. the day room was large and had 2 pullout beds that closed into the wall so the room could accomodate 4 people with no problem. The shore excursions were not equal in value to the cost.
We ran into one couple whose room was on deck 6. They indicacate that near the end of the cruise they encountered a water problem in their cabin. The floor of their cabin had water in the carpet and the crew did not attempt to rectify the problem for 2 days. They had to live with a wet floor and over powering stench in their cabin for 2 days
