Regal Empress cabins

i was thinking about taking a trip on the regal soon and since it being a short cruise i would get a category 12 inside on restaurant deck could any one tell me about these cabins. also do they have the famous unlimited soda card on board. and any other info would be great thanks.

Hi oceanliner5. Restaurant Deck is a good, central location. It's been a few years since I've been on Regal Empress, but I remember that this part of the deck was a stark white...none of those beautiful wood found elsewhere on the ship. But, I would most definitely choose Restaurant Deck instead of Decks A or B, as Decks A and B are maze-like and don't cut all the way through. But, how many of you are going, as the Category 12 cabins are very small.
