Costa Europa

I have been on other Costa cruises over the years, and have found the experience to be generally positive. We are looking at a cruise on Costa Europa, which is a slightly older ship. Does anyone have any experience with this ship??

Hi Londz, welcome to Cruise-Chat. We just returned from the Costa Mediterranea. Unfortunately, we have not sailed the Europa, we did the Magica in 2006. Costa really seems to be working on keeping their ships clean and up to date. They had pictures of the Europa on board the Mediterranea (there was a power point type demo in the deck 3 area. If the price is right, and you like the itinerary, I doubt you would be disappointed. Hopefully, someone on the board has been on her recently. I did want to welcome you aboard and let you know, the Mediterranea was in excellent condition.
