I did a sector of Aurora's World Cruise in February this year from Honolulu to Sydney, and I can assure you the smoking and non-smoking areas were well defined and for the 16 days I was on board, did not see any passengers ignoring these rules.
Basically, in any public area (even open decks and pool areas) it is smoking on the starboard side and non-smoking on port side. This of course also includes any lounges, the showroom and the like and the dining rooms are all totally non-smoking.
I hope you take a cruise on her - she is a magnificent ship and it was one of the most enjoyable cruises I have had.
