I have started to learn more about these tragic but beautiful liners and their demise... does anyone know if there are any pictures in existance of their time in **** as well as final fate ?

Hello Ross,

I haven't seen any pictures from the vessels' final years. These were very nice ships, indeed. Too bad they faced such an end - and way too early...

Hello Ross and Raoul,

the only picture I'm aware of you can find in William H. Miller's "Picture History of the Italian Line 1932 - 1977", page 128. There the remains of Michelangelo are shown on Gadani Beach (summer 1991).
