Oceania Nautica Athens to Barcelona

We are taking this ten day cruise in May. Want to know about shore excursions - which ports we can explore on own, which are better to go with ship excursion on, how far the ship is from the port and what people think are the best shore excursions. Have not done a Mediterrean cruise before, like to walk and explore on own.

I couldn't help myself looking at your itinerary. Wow, Athens, Kusadasi, Santorini, Zakinthos, Messina, Amalfi, Rome, Livorno, Monte Carlo, Marseilles, Barcelona....a port every single day, You are going to need alot of stamina for that cruise, and it shows almost sold out....you are very lucky.
