MSC Poesia Cruise question

Hey there. We've booked a 10 day cruise to the carib on the MSC Poesia on Dec 1. Is there anyone else out there going on this cruise? I have heard some pros and cons about this ship and now Im nervous. Dont know what to think!

MSC seems to have people in two camps, those who love them and those who hate them. I have never cruised with them so I can't say.

The biggest complaint I see is Americans who don't understand the Italian style of service on the ship. I think many of the complaints are based in ignorance of how things work in Italy, and really, in Europe.
