New cancellation policy for Oceania
 

I was just informed by my TA of changes ...now charge $100 if you cancel prior to final booking.For New cruises starting in 2013.
I have one for Sept,,,but will not effect that one.
Just a heads up.

Thanks for the info. I'm looking at the Oceania Cruises Ticket Contract -- page 4 does, in fact, show the $100 administrative fee for cancellations between 91 and 120 days out. I know it takes time to update sites -- is the fee still within this window or for all bookings?

My TA just said for cruises in 2013
 

that are made AFTER Jan.1...so should be fine if booked BEFORE that date.I was worried as I have a reservation for Sept..Regatta(Canadian Maritimes) and wanted a suite in middle deck.At the time,only a few remained.
Have been on Insignia,,but first on Regatta.Liked the itinerary the best of ALL i reviewed.

I think some people before they hit the PANIC button should get their facts straight

There was never a fee if you canceled before 91 days
Now they have implemented one if you cancel at 120 to 91 days on cruises under 19 days
Cruises 20 days or more incur a higher cancellation fee starting at 150 days

So many people wait until final payment day to cancel
Now with people on waitlists for some cruises & cabin Cat it is a smart move ...I think

They are exactly the same ship in layout & decor as is the Nautica
