MSC children's programs

I was wondering if anyone who has used MSC has used the children's program? If so could you tell me about it. I have a 4 1/2 year and a 6 year old. Do they provide babysitting during the excursions? One of the ports of call is Istanbuhl and I want to go on an excursion, but don't want to take the kids.
