I m thinking of Norway fjiords cruise, only found Hurtgruden line with 1 cruise scheduled for April 2010.Has anyone used other cruise.. lines for this area, only found a few local ones when googled .Thank s in advance for some leads.

Other cruise lines will do them seasonally. You will find Princess and Holland America have a few sailings out of SouthHampton England.. I saw some for 2010

We are doing an Oceania cruise next July up to the North Cape. Might be worth looking at

Please be aware that Hurtigruten is not a cruise line but a (traditional) ferry service along the Norwegian coast. It is a very nice but different experience and also a different itinerary (!) than a conventional cruise to Norway.

Personally, I recommend a conventional cruise with a good itinerary during the summer months (when the Hurtigruten ships are crowded) and a Hurtigruten trip during the off season or even winter months. (However, I heard that they can be full even during the winter!)

Azamara would be a good choice also. The Oceania ships and Azamara ships are the same size ships. Both cruise lines bought the ships from Renaissance when they went bankrupt.
