Christy, I can't answer for how many kids will be there spring break, but I was on Maasdam in the fall, after most kids are back in school. Any cruise is fun if you decide it's going to be - attitude is everything. Holland America does tend to have an older crowd in general than some other cruise lines, but it's a nice-sized ship, not too big, not too small. There is a kids' program onboard, and I saw several children enjoying activities on the cruise I took. Have a great time!
