Now that would be funny. He always tells us when he is going and for how long. Sooner or later it is going to coincide with a cruise one or more of us is on. But it seems he always shows us photos of lobsters being prepared and not jerk chicken. Hmmm. I think I can handle the menu change.
You mention Lobster and I know Lisa P is going to chime in. But Caribbean lobster is the "spiny" lobster without claws. It is excellent but distinctly different from Maine lobster.
Chicken to lobster transition is like being bumped from deck 3 inside to a mini-suite! No comparison. (Do we call that the "cheesy smile?)
