Pre-Paid Excursion

Question - we have pre-paid for an excursion on our 11/30 cruise on Fantasy and I'm wondering when and how we receive the tickets for this excursion.

If you bought the excursion from Carnival your tickets will be delivered to your cabin, usually on the first day or that evening although I've sometimes had them delivered on the first at-sea day. They'll be in an envelope.
