Cozumel Tender or pier port?

After hurricane damage...just wondering if the pier is repaired or not.

We docked on 2/12 on Ecstacy. Glory docked later same day and there was an off brand ship in port at same dock. We walked down the dock and came out right at Carlos & Charlies.

Just got back from a port stop in Cozumel. There is a downtown pier for 2 ships, and the one just outside of town is now able to take 2 ships. It is still in disrepair but there is enough repaired to dock 2 ships. There are about 9 ships a day there so only 4 can dock. When we were there 3 left because it was too rough to tender.
