Fishing in Grand Cayman?

Only have a few hours off the Valor in May, 2007. Gonna do some snorkeling someplace, and I would like to rent a fishing rod and fish while the wife sunbathes on a beach. Where could I rent a rod and some lures/bait for a couple of hours?

Also, in order to make the most of our 8 hours at GC, where EXACTLY does the ship dock on the island? I want to spend as little time possible traveling from place to place...

First time cruisers and honeymoon trip.
